Four years ago, Seamus and his high school friend Steven Holloway started a podcast with an idea, a laptop, a microphone, and a few beers. Now longer a drinker, he can communicate how the podcast has been a vehicle for personal change and how chatting with over 150 of New Zealand’s biggest names has helped provide clarity in his life.
He has an extensive and diverse range of personal and professional experiences and has worked across a variety of industries including sport, events, communications media, marketing, and broadcast.
