Rachel Hunter will be forever etched into the collective consciousness of Kiwis having been part of our lives since the early 1990s. She quickly became one of New Zealand’s most recognisable and loved faces, gracing the pages of Vogue and Harper's Bazaar, before making her mark as an international model in New York working with prestigious brands such as Covergirl, Italian Vogue, Elle, and Sports Illustrated, and working extensively in film and television in both the US and the UK.
Her career took an exciting turn in 2016 with the launch of TV show, "Rachel Hunter's Tour of Beauty”, a global odyssey that saw her travel to 80 countries where she met remarkable individuals and delved into the realms of wellness, longevity, and the essence of beauty.
In 2017, after the passing of her mother Rachel journeyed to India to immerse herself fully in the ancient practices of yoga. There, she completed extensive training along with courses in meditation, Veda Studies, and Jyotish Astrology. She has since held yoga and meditation retreats and workshops around the world, including in India, Bali, and New Zealand.
Rachel Hunter's practice is characterized by its transformational and dynamic nature, incorporating breathwork and various disciplines of yoga, with a focus on the Vedantic and Tantric traditions, including Himalayan Kundalini. She has spent the last seven years traveling and studying in India, exploring sacred sites and delving into the study of the Divine Feminine.
With each new experience and endeavour, Rachel continues to embrace the surprises that life brings, eagerly anticipating and inviting new collaborations and opportunities for growth.
