On her many accolades, corporate career, & speaking expertise, Roma says: “My entire professional life has been in service to people, ideas, & stories that connect us. Insights that change us. And, moments that make us stop & think about routine things differently. Stories are what bind us & help us make sense of the world. Being in service to stories is serving people whose voices aren’t always heard.”
Along with her successful corporate career as an executive & time as an entrepreneur, Cassie has done stints on prime-time TV as The Apprentice Aotearoa’s breakout star (the first queer executive advisor in the franchise’s history), a Celebrity Treasure Island cast member, & host of her own popular podcast Kindness Warriors.

Described as “strategic & poetic, kind & wise, & an all-around good egg,” Cassie is happiest advocating for LGBTQIA communities, being a mom, & thinking about how to get the next impactful story into the world.
