E16 | Danny Robinson
Episode Summary | Danny Robinson
Our first video episode at the height of the Covid-19 outbreak featured Danny Robinson.
'Robbo' arrived in Gisborne from Burton in 2004 and eventually embarked on a playing career in New Zealand that saw him named as the national league goalkeeper of the decade for the period 2004 to 2014. During this time he won four titles with Waitakere United during a golden period for the club. He was also the goalkeeper coach for the Football Ferns for six years before returning to the UK.
